Server log files
When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the time of the request. This data is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted once it is no longer required.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies and we do not use Google Analytics or any comparable analytics tool. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so opening this site does not send a request to Google or any other third party.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we store your message together with your email address and any details you include, so we can answer you and handle a possible order. We do not pass this on to third parties and we delete it once it is no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods.
Contact form
The contact form on this site asks for your name, company, email address, industry, your current website address and your message. Name, email address and message are required — the rest is optional and only helps us answer you properly. We use these details solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to one, to handle the resulting order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract once they are clearly no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods.
Submitting the form transmits these details through Web3Forms (Nexinvent Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), a form-delivery service that forwards the message to our inbox on our behalf as a processor. The transfer happens only when you press send — simply opening the page contacts no third party. The service may process the data outside the EU on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. If you would rather not use it, write to us directly at support@yourwebdesignagency.com instead.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. When you click the payment button you are taken to the provider's own secure checkout page. Your card details are entered there and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only the information needed to fulfil and account for your order — name, email address, billing country and the amount paid. The payment provider processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Hosting
This website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The provider stores the server log files described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted, where no retention obligation applies,
- have processing restricted,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to support@yourwebdesignagency.com.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
